Adhesive Lamination Lines
Adhesive lamination lines are used in many industries from flooring to doors and other similar building products. MESH has utilized our picking and palletizing technologies with our advanced knowledge of glue system integration to develop a complete lamination and glue line. No other North American company known to MESH has this technology in a complete line to offer.
Adhesive Lamination Lines
Adhesive lamination equipment has been around for a long time utilizing antiquated techniques for raw material presentation that typically take up an enormous amount of floor space and are limited in throughput. MESH Automation has taken a modern look at the equipment offerings and has developed a flexible modular machine that typically uses 50 – 75% of the floor space of typical offerings and offers industry best speeds and precision.
Unwinding and splicing – With years of experience in the high speed converting market MESH understands and offers the best high speed autosplice unwind systems with web guiding for those materials that need to be unwound from a roll form. We understand tension control, auto splicing and web guiding.
MESH has designed and built robotic, gantry and traditional sheet stackers. Picking the correct system is dependent on the rate, size of the product, rigidity of the product and requirements of the pallet and pallet exchange. MESH has achieved +- 1mm stacking accuracy using a robot or gantry.
It all starts with the material feed system. Whether this is roller conveyor, drag chain or other feed system controlling the speed and position of the material is critical.
If a robot or gantry is chosen the end of arm tool design factors greatly into the performance and long term reliability of the system.
Other features such as automatic rejects, by passes, pallet dispensers, slip sheet dispensers, pallet exchange requirements all must be considered with due diligence when considering the entire system design.
While every business has its own needs, MESH Automation recognizes basic engineering solutions that often work across the board for different industries. For this reason our highly experienced team of engineers has developed a number of pre-engineered solutions that meet incredibly varied needs, from manual operations to automated robotics. So, instead of starting totally from scratch, many of our customers are able to get going with high-tech equipment that has already been tested and is ready to go.
