MACPal OF
The MACPal “OF”– is designed for robotic palletizing of mixed cases.
Automated stacking, feeding and Picking systems use the same technologies as our palletizing systems. These typically employ either robots or gantries depending on the travel and payloads required. End of arm tooling design and material feed systems are of utmost importance. Because our wealth of experience and pre-engineered products, we can offer the system that delivers the best value.
The MACPal “OF”– is designed for robotic palletizing of mixed cases.
The MACPac (MESH Automation Cell for case opening and filling) is a professional-grade, pre-engineered, robotics-based flexible automation cell.
The MACPal is designed for robotic palletizing of cases, totes or bags.
The MACControl is a highly functional and flexible robot cell controller with standard features and component specifications that rival today’s best industrial control systems.

MESH has designed and built robotic, gantry and traditional sheet stackers. Picking the correct system is dependent on the rate, size of the product, rigidity of the product and requirements of the pallet and pallet exchange. MESH has achieved +- 1mm stacking accuracy using a robot and gantry.
It all starts with the material feed system. Whether this is roller conveyor, drag chain or other feed system controlling the speed and position of the material is critical.
If a robot or gantry is chosen the end of arm tool design factors greatly into the performance and long term reliability of the system.
Other features such as automatic rejects, by passes, pallet dispensers, slip sheet dispensers, pallet exchange requirements all must be considered with due diligence when considering the entire system design.
MESH is your one source supplier of the right system. Please look into our pre engineered pallet dispenser, end of arm tools and slip sheet dispenser products.
Our expertise in feeding raw materials into a process or picking and placing raw materials or finished goods stems from our 19 years of designing and building custom equipment that inevitably involves handling a raw material or finished goods. The variety of products that we have handled is quite large from soft, light and pliable to large, heavy and rigid.
These systems can be broken out into the feeding mechanism, pick and place devises and the outfeed systems. MESH has used robots, motion controlled devices (gantries and other single axis slides), conveyor, vibratory bowls, vibratory conveyor and custom feeders to sort, feed and pick products.
As well as conventional systems MESH has teamed with ABB Flexloader, Cognex and Keyence to be able to deliver vision guided systems for those difficult to sort products.
