The MESH XInduct is a high-speed robotic parcel induction solution built for bulk handling environments. Designed to process up to 1,800 picks per hour per robot, XInduct automates the separation, singulation, and feeding of parcels into sorters, put walls, or packaging operations. Using advanced 3D vision technology, the system accurately identifies and picks irregular, overlapping, and stacked parcels. Dual-side barcode scanning delivers a 99 percent plus read rate, while unread items are automatically routed to a hospital area for fast resolution. XInduct integrates seamlessly with split tray, tilt tray, cross-belt, and continuous belt systems. With modular expansion options and retrofit-friendly design, it’s a future-ready solution backed by more than 26 years of automation expertise.
Live AMR Demonstration
At the booth, you’ll also see an OMRON LD-250 autonomous mobile robot in action, moving and handling a tote as part of a live demonstration. This showcases how AMRs can be used to support flexible material movement within modern facilities.
Robotic ARM Technology and End-of-Arm Tooling with AMRs – MESH will be demonstrating robotic ARM technology across applications including palletizing, packing, and induction. You’ll also see end-of-arm tooling designed for specialized handling needs, highlighting how MESH builds adaptable solutions for real-world production environments.
