MACPAL OF
The MACPal “OF”– is designed for robotic palletizing of mixed cases. This system developed by MESH has a robot on a linear rail system with a unique WIP rack that can accommodate 10 or more (depends on rail length) different lanes of pallets with each pallet having a different product SKU. The MACPal “OF”– picks from these lanes on a per order basis and builds finished order pallets of 10 or more multiple SKU’s at one time.
MESH has designed several optional “bolt on” process modules such as a pallet dispenser, slip sheet dispenser and multiple robot end of arm tools that are perfect compliments to the MACPal “OF”– and can be seamlessly integrated.
The pre-engineered features and options make for a great value with quick deliveries, while also allowing for easy size and layout customization.
