Our MACcoPAL FANUC Cobot Palletizer for Boxes turnkey solution is engineered to take on the repetitive, high-strain task of manual palletizing. Powered by FANUC’s industry-leading CRX cobot, the system combines collaborative safety with near plug-and-play deployment. Each unit ships skid-mounted for installation in less than a day and can be redeployed quickly as production needs shift. Three safety area scanners with optional light fencing define a controlled work zone.

The system is designed for closed-top, vacuum-pickable cartons, cases, and boxes and is offered with either single- or dual-pick end-of-arm tooling. PalletXBuilder software lets operators add new products and pallet patterns through a simple interface, enabling full system management without the need for advanced programming expertise.

The system comes standard with a lockable air dump and E-stop push button at the operator interface. A risk assessment is also conducted before final implementation.
