Built on ABB’s IRB460 or IRB660 robots, MESH’s bag palletizer palletizes bulk products in flexible packaging found in grain, fertilizer, pet food, chemicals, and other related applications. MESH pre-engineered solution has been optimized through years of experience to handle real bag palletizing challenges like shifting contents, variable dimensions, and complex stacking requirements.

A claw-style, bottom-support gripper runs up to 25 kg per pick and keeps placement steady on imperfect bags. Vacuum style grippers are also available in dual and single pick designs, providing a more economical solution at lower overall throughput.

Throughput is up to 22 bags per minute, depending on bag type, fill, and pattern. The STANDARD layout runs two pallet stations. The COMPACT layout runs one for tight floors. Each cell ships pre-wired and tested for a fast start-up.
