In addition to designing and building key, cutting-edge, automated manufacturing machines, processes, and equipment, the company has a dedicated service department that focuses on every possible service need our many customers might have. This dedicated department is one of our greatest assets.

MESH Automation Service Programs
Quick Response Service Program – If you sign up for our Quick Response Service Program you will be guaranteed one hour response time (with a qualified technician) available Mon – Friday (6am – 6:00pm) and four hour response time after hours and on weekends.
Enhanced Service Module – Most of MESH equipment comes with the Enhanced Service Module. This consists of remote access and a wifi video camera with remote powered gimbal. When activated and permissions in place a MESH technician or engineer can look at the machine and how it is functioning to help your team resolve most issues.
Contracted Service – With all machines that MESH produces we will offer a contracted service arrangement. This arrangement varies with machine complexity, but generally consists of annual or biannual visits by a MESH technician to perform preventative maintenance, check machine function and provide refresh training as needed.
