This dedicated department is one of our greatest assets.
Unlike other companies that draw on their engineering staff to run service calls, MESH offers a full-time, expert field service engineering team, with more than 60 combined years of troubleshooting experience. Because our engineers have different fields of specialty, we can troubleshoot any problems successfully, whether they relate to electrical or mechanical systems, or chemical, software, and other issues.
To keep our service engineers up to date on the most current automation platforms, they go through continuous training to improve their skills.
The MESH Preventative Maintenance Program
Preventative maintenance (PM) programs play a vital role in maintaining the optimum performance of manufacturing equipment. Our PM program offers various service plans that will help you maintain your equipment to the highest level of performance.
We offer our customers this service at the time we are commissioning equipment they have purchased from us. And we now offer this same service on equipment that was not built and commissioned by MESH.
Additionally, our service team is available to visit your business and inspect, examine and observe your processes and manufacturing equipment in action. They will diagnose any issues that need to be addressed and make recommendations on ways to improve productivity.
In the event of customers needing custom mechanical components, MESH has a complete machine shop to support short turnaround of all fabrication needs.
MESH Automation’s 24-Hour Emergency Service
We know that manufacturing problems don’t always occur at convenient times of the day. Very often issues arise at the most inconvenient times, at weekends or in the middle of the night.
With this in mind, our field service engineers are available to receive customer calls via our 24-hour emergency hotline. They are able to troubleshoot your manufacturing equipment and processes to see what is causing problems, and offer solutions.
